Terms
While we prioritize client satisfaction, it’s important to maintain a balanced approach. Ensuring the happiness of both our clients and staff is key, which may sometimes mean that certain orders may not align with our working content standards. We have the right to politely decline orders in the likes of:
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others
- Encourage violence or abuse against people or groups
- Encourage or promote the use of derogatory language or terms that others may find offensive
- Constitute or include “hate speech,” i.e., abusive, threatening, or demeaning words, symbols, or images on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation
- Encourage hate or harassment of private individuals (as opposed to public figures), no matter the reason
- Promote, feature, or encourage the use of hard drugs
- Feature explicit sexual content or nudity of a non-artistic/health/medical nature
ASK CHARLIE cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages caused by the shipping company that have been shipped on time from our facility.
ASK CHARLIE ships via FedEx & UPS. Shipping charges are determined by specs & shipping address.
Shipping time is not included in standard or rush turnaround times. It is the client’s responsibility to plan accordingly for:
- Accounting for production + shipping time.
- Providing the correct shipping address.
- Weather or natural causes that can delay shipments.
ASK CHARLIE cannot guarantee 3rd party carrier times and strongly advises planning 1 – 2 “cushion days” under tight delivery deadlines in the case shipping delays or exceptions may arise.
All files must be submitted @ 300 dpi or vector format. Vector is preferred, otherwise redraw fees may apply. All text should converted to outlines prior to submission.
ASK CHARLIE will make best effort to catch design errors before making it to production, however we cannot be held responsible for misspellings, errors, or issues with client supplied files. Bad Files = Bad Prints 🙁
Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to restocking or cancellation fees; if it’s not too late to cancel.
Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Due to the custom nature of each order, there are no returns/refunds. If a production error has occurred, we must be notified within 72 hours. If a reprint is deemed appropriate, we will do so as swiftly as possible. All product must be returned and will be inspected prior to approval of a reprint.
ASK CHARLIE shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature
Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of the printing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 3% to 5%. If you require an exact quantity, additional charges may apply.
